This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") applies to your use of www.tikichat.com (the "Site"), owned and operated by Tikichat, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company with a principal address of 12378 SW 82nd Ave., Miami, Florida 33156 ("Tikichat," "we," "our," or "us"). This Policy applies to all visitors, users, and members of the Site.
Because your privacy is important to us, we want you to understand how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information. Children’s Privacy
The Site was not developed or intended for children under 18 years of age ("Minors"). We do not knowingly collect information from Minors. Minors may not use the Site. What We Collect
Types of information we collect may include:
Information you submit in connection with your account including, but not limited to, email address, telephone number, username/password, date of birth, text, images, and videos, bio information, and gender and gender preference;
Content and information you share with other users including text, images, or videos through the Site including, but not limited to, Tikichat rooms and through direct messaging; and
Your device information (e.g., device model, operating system version, device date and time, unique device identifiers, mobile network information), Site browsing history, IP address, and login and logout history.
Please note, if you choose not to provide certain information, we may not be able to provide you with certain services.
How We Use the Data We Collect
We may use profile information, contacts/interactions with other users, and browsing history to provide our Services. This information may also be used in connection with fraud inquiries and identification. In addition, email addresses and passwords may be used to identify and locate your account and to protect it from being accessed by others. Further, device and IP history data are used for Site optimization as well as fraud detection.
How this Information is Shared
Your email address may be shared with a third party to service our messages. Your email address will only be used by such third party to deliver your messages such as communications to/from other users and from us.
Use of Information by Other Users
This Policy does not relate to how other visitors or users of the Site may use or retain your information. You should consider all information and content visible through your profile public information. Further, you should consider any information you determine to share through the services with visitors or users of the Site through any mechanism to be public information and not covered by this Policy.
Data Retention
All data collected from and about users is retained in compliance with our internal data retention policy to comply with law and for fraud detection purposes. If we receive a request to delete your personal information, information may be deleted in compliance with U.S. privacy laws.
California Residents

Please note, requests can only be made two times in a 12-month period at no charge. We reserve the right to charge a fee or deny requests with respect to additional requests during such a 12-month period. Any information we provide you will only include the information that we have collected over the previous 12 months from the date of such requests, subject to limitations and exemptions under the laws.
To protect your personal information, we will need to verify your identity before complying with any requests. Accordingly, you may need to provide us with certain personal information, such as your name and email address. To designate an authorized agent to make such requests on your behalf, in addition to the foregoing, you will need to provide a written authorization or power of attorney signed by you. If there is no verifiable personal information, we may be unable to complete such requests. We will attempt to respond to all verifiable requests within 45 days of receipt of such requests.

Do Not Track
We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals or other similar opt-out mechanisms, other than those specifically set forth in this Policy, including general web browser "Do Not Track" settings.

If you would like to withdraw your consent to user your information, you may do so by requesting account deletion. For fraud prevention, to request your account be deleted you must be able to log into your account.
Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time in accordance with this provision. If we make changes to this Policy, we will post the revised Policy on the Site and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy. We will also provide you with notice of the modification by email. If you disagree with the revised Policy, you may cancel your account. If you do not cancel your account before the date the revised Policy becomes effective, your continued access or use of the Site will be subject to the revised Policy.
